GSA Conferences A Gender and Sexuality Alliance (GSA - formerly known as Gay-Straight Alliance) is a student-run conference that provides a safe place for students and teachers to meet, talk and educate others about Two-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer/Questioning, Intersex, Asexual (2SLGBTQIA+) issues.

Kosciw has a Ph. Kosciw trained as a family therapist and has straight as a school counselor and psychoeducational consultant in elementary and secondary schools. A gay–straight alliance, gender–sexuality alliance (GSA) or queer–straight alliance (QSA) is a student-led or community-based organization, found in middle schools, high schools, colleges, and universities.
Gay–straight alliances intend to provide a safe and supportive environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and all. Indie has over 10 years of experience working directly with youth in various way, from case management with homeless youth to community organizing development of queer and trans students.
Supporting GSAs GSAFE supports over Gay-Straight Alliances and similarly-focused student groups in Wisconsin. Paul lives in New Jersey with his husband Christopher and their daughter Kensington. He has been conducting community-based research for over 20 years, including program evaluations for non-profit service organizations and for local government.
He has also appeared on numerous national television and radio programs as an expert on LGBT student experiences. Known as a visionary and collaborative leader, they have been recognized for aligning resources to a shared vision, defining strategic imperatives, and driving results across organizational boundaries.
Joseph Kosciw, Ph. GLSEN is recognized worldwide as an innovative leader in the education, youth development and civil rights sectors fighting to end bias-based bullying, violence and discrimination in K schools and promote a culture of respect for all.

Advocate for your friends. Resourcing Clubs Youth Freedom Fund is one of the ways GSA youth leaders can lead their own experiments with building anti-capitalist, community-centered operational models. These are clubs, typically within the school, that are safe spaces for youth of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions.

These are primarily in the United States and Canada. In their free time, they enjoy making clothes, reading, and playing classical guitar. Paul is also skilled in navigating disruption and guiding entrepreneurial and data-driven teams that get results.
Since then, the program has grown to thousands of locations in dozens of states. This campaign directly funds GSA clubs across the country to support student organizing, event planning, mutual aid, and community building.
